TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR.

design yearbook reexamines Indian sculptor Anish Kapoor's early work 1000 Names, which was very much influenced by his traveling through India in 1979, by the small sanctuaries along the side of the road and the piles of pigment sold for cosmetic and ritual use at temple entrances.
